Show and Tell--A New Treasure
It's Friday!
Of course that means Show and Tell fun!
Kelli is the host.
You can go here to get in on all the fun!

Today I'm sharing a new treasure!
During my recent time off from blogging a package arrived in the mail!

Hmmmmm! Who could this be from?
Well, yes! A friend from Bloggityville, USA!
How exciting!
TA DAH!

This beautiful quilted table runner is the prize I was blessed to win
in Becky's giveaway celebrating her 200th post at
The Butler's Wife!
She made it, ya'll!

Isn't it lovely?! Let's try it out.
Wonder what how it would look on my dining room table.

Lovely! I'm sure you agree.
This candle may be a little large--and it definitely needs some greenery!
How about a little sleigh with holly leaves and berries around a candle?

Well, there is the kitchen table...
Let's take it in there and try it.
I usually have Santa on this table.
I can just imagine the chubby ole' gentleman
standing right in the middle of the runner!

AND--There is a table in our family room...
It will be moved to a spot behind a couch
to make room for the tree in this area.
Now it is a place for displaying pictures of the grands.

At Christmas, it usually has Santas, Snowmen,
and a collection of pictures from past Christmases.
The runner could be a good addition to that display.

Well, lots of choices here. Where will it be displayed?
Wherever it is, this beautiful piece is definitely going to be a featured attraction in our holiday decorations. I can't wait to use it. I will cherish this prize/gift. The fact that a friend made it makes it even more special. Thank you, Becky, for so generously sharing your talent and creativity.

WELL! Can you believe it! Santa is so eager for me to put that table runner and all the other decorations out. He's trying to sneak in here before we have even have had Thanksgiving! Sorry, Santa! We're going to have to wait just a little longer!

Of course, one of the Christmas events we can plan for
is the Christmas Tour of Homes that Boomama! will be hosting.
Click on the button below to get all the details.
Be sure to come by here on the tour
and find out where the table runner
will be spending the holidays.
Hmmmm...

Well I'd say that it looks quite happy in your home. And it definitely feels loved.

Thanks, Myrna. You are so sweet.

I am anxious to see where it ends up in your home. I'll be there when your home is toured.

Love, LoVe, LOVE that table runner, Myrna! It's gorgeous and so Christmas-y!

Your grands are so cute in their Halloween costumes too. With Halloween behind us, Thanksgiving then Christmas will be upon us before we know it.

Have a great weekend! ;o)
