Battle at Kruger
Sometimes There is Power In Numbers?
Sometimes, life, or at least an event in life, doesn't turn out exactly the way you think it might. Maybe that's a good thing , maybe it's a disappointment!
For example--Just assume you are out for a stroll with your family. There you are, ambling right along, minding your own business. Suddenly life changes! You might have a warning, or maybe you don't. Danger definitely lurks! Maybe you cause it! Maybe you run from it. Maybe you try to stand it off. Or maybe...
Watch this little video to see what I mean! Then tell us in your comment what you learned. Be sure to tell us whose perspective you are taking.

That was amazing! I watched the entire film. It had me riveted.
I would never have thought of different persepctives had you not mentioned it.
The lions, just out to provide for themselves and obviously did not work quick enough to get to the heart of the matter, so to speak.
The crocodiles, trying to take advantage of someone else's hard work. But not quite willing to get out of their comfort zone to get the reward. They stayed in the water where they are happy.
The buffalo, certainly not looking for trouble but once threatened they circled up and became more powerful than the beasts that prey upon them.
And the baby. Defenseless and horribly frightened I'm sure.
Hmmm. How about this? We, as christians, are the buffalo. We are not really looking for trouble, but Satan (and the world that belongs to him) comes after us. He nabs us when we least expect it, goes for our greatest weakness. In our time of trouble the body of Christ surrounds us, fights off the evil one, and in the end, of course, HE WINS! Praise God!
Wow. That was a good one. Thanks.
That is just an amazing video. So many life lessons here. However the one that strikes me most is that the herd pu themselves in danger to go after the one who was lost. Just liek Jesus our Sheherd.
That truly was an amazing video and nothing turned out the way it looked like it would!! I found it awesome the way the buffalo got all together and then went back to the lions, showing no fear but determination to get that baby back! We humans do the same thing...sometimes we are stronger in numbers and our faith helps us fight the evil that can be lurking at every corner of life. xox
Amazing video! Even in our darkest hour (from the baby's standpoint), there is still help and escape!!
Wow - what a video!
Danger definately lurks - I'm glad I know God is in control.
Wow! What an amazing video! I can only imagine what that little baby had to have been going through - first being attacked by lions, then being torn into two different directions by the crocodiles and the lions, and then seeing its family come back to rescue it. Wow!
Truly an amazing video!!! It has such spiritual undertones to it. Amazing and the baby survived through the 'storm'!
